Welcome to House Calls Doctor (Dr. Bar, MD). By accessing our website or engaging with our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
1. Services Provided
Dr. Bar MD provides medical and wellness information, consultation scheduling, and health optimization programs.
2. SMS Terms & Conditions
By providing your phone number to Dr. Bar MD (Dr. Iman Bar, APC), you consent to receive SMS messages for appointment reminders, clinical updates, and promotional information regarding our services.
Opt-In: Consent is collected via verbal agreement, written forms, or digital opt-in. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to our phone number. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Interruption: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
